President
Jeanie Coomber, President and co-founder of Transition Enterprises LLC is a dynamic and seasoned communications and leadership coach for executives and teams.
Before beginning Transition Enterprises, Jeanie was a highly successful Vice President for over 15 years with AllianceBernstein. In this role, she recruited, hired and mentored many professionals. Through her 15 years of interaction with staff, co-workers and clients, Jeanie is well versed in the challenges of workplace transition and brings to her company first hand knowledge of interviewing, training, facilitating, relationship building, management, project management, process improvement and team empowerment. Having lived and worked in Europe, Jeanie can also offer insight on the challenges of working and interacting in other cultures.
Jeanie holds a BA in Communications from Wilkes University and has received a coaching certification from Corporate Coach U and an Associate Certified Coach credentialing from the International Coaching Federation. Jeanie was trained in several management training programs including Exceptional Management Practices, Sequoia Account Management, Interviewing for Attributes and Seven Habits of Highly Effective People.
Jeanie has had professional facilitation and/or coaching engagements with many prestigious clients including Kean University, Brookdale Community College, New York University, CPC Behavioral Healthcare, DuPont, American Express, Sanofi-Aventis and WOMEN Unlimited. Jeanie is also member of the International Coaching Federation, New Jersey Professional Coaches Association, Irish American Business Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Business Association, Monmouth County Workforce Investment Board and is the Chairwoman for the Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce.
