Transition Enterprises is a strong asset for individuals at any point in their careers. I know because last year I was looking to change careers – a substantial shift from non-profit to for-profit in an unrelated field. Engulfed in a quagmire of indecision, I enlisted Transition Enterprises.
Jeanie Coomber helped me focus and provided clarity with wisdom that I still rely on daily. Initially, she did a detailed assessment of my history, ambitions, personal attributes and goals. She compelled me to be honest and think past my traditional expectations.
Bringing it all together, Jeanie provided numerous proactive and unique solutions. She set aggressive goals and did not allow me to procrastinate. I am a seasoned executive and Jeanie provided me with sound advice on resumes, thoughtful and creative career avenues, realistic goal setting, interview tactics, and ultimately negotiating strategy.
Now I have "transitioned" to a VP position with a robust and entrepreneurial company achieving all my goals and positioning myself for a significant future. Engaging Transition Enterprises is the single best decision of my career.

"The Race of Her Life"

True story: While fighting a deadly form of cancer, DonnaLyn Giegerich, wearing a wig because she was bald from her treatments, ran a 5-kilometer road race in Rumson with chemotherapy drugs coursing into her body through a port in her arm.
"I just woke up that morning and said to my husband, "I feel good, let's do it,' " said Giegerich, 45, of Middletown. "I finished in the back of the pack, but as far as I was concerned, I was showing up, and that's what was important to me."
